EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Is produced from the fruits of the Olive trees solely and 60% of the Greek production overall is extracted by variety Koroneiki the so called ‘’queen of olives’’. The best season to harvest the fruits is between the period November – December while they are still green and not fully ripened. This procedure of early picked fruits enables us to capture its strong and intense aroma at its best and gives us an excellent full bodied Extra Virgin Olive Oil of low acidity.
